Patients were classified into two groups regarding the criteria of the mass either suspicious or not. ROMA, HE4& CA125 were tested. Patients and Methods: 100 patients presenting with adnexal mass and treated surgically. Patients were classified into two groups regarding the criteria of the mass either suspicious or not. ROMA , HE4 &CA125 were tested. Results: Cystic lesions were the most predominant types, were present in 72% of cases. ROMA was the most sensitive, the most specific and with higher positive and negative predictive values on comparison to CA125 or HE4 alone. Sensitivity of ROMA was 82.5%, specificity was 75%, positive predictive value was 82% and negative predictive value was 76.2%. Conclusion: The present study concluded that ROMA is more sensitive in diagnosis of ovarian cancer than HE4 or CA125 alone.
