A descriptive study included a convenient sample of 25 nurses offering care to obstetrical emergency cases. Results expresses unsatisfactory care offered by 80 % of nurses' opinion regarding the level of care offered for labor emergencies cases at labor ward. The study findings also revealed that there is highly statistically significant relation between level of total care offered for labor emergencies and availability of human & non-human resources. Further studies are still needed for recommending a solution for the improper use of resources either human or non human
